Master-RYC^®

MASTER-RYC^® is the registered trademark of the masterbatch in pellets manufactured in RECOSA^®.

The pre-dispersion of the dyes and/or additives is done in a polymer (carrier) compatible with the polymer to be used in the manufacture of the final piece, generally at a concentration of 2% (2 PCR).

Its granulated format avoids the annoying and always expensive contamination and cleaning problems inherent in the use of pure powder pigments and liquid dyes. For the same reason, manual and automatic dosing can be optimised, with the consequent saving in processing costs.

Furthermore, by not having to rely on dyed materials (compounds) but only on natural materials, our products contribute to the reduction of stock and storage costs, which is also favoured by the versatility of our minimum supply quantities.

We have a wide range of standard colours of our own formulation that are part of our polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) samples. For the rest of the polymers we have a selection of basic colours. Standard colours are supplied with no minimum quantity required, although a small handling and packaging charge applies to orders weighing less than 5 kg.

We can also develop special colours according to our customers’ specifications, either from a physical sample from a Pantone^© or RAL^©reference, and in all types of polymers: EVA, PE, PP, PS, ABS, SAN, POM, PC, Resin K, Surlyn, TPE, TPU, PET, PVC, PA, PLA,. . . Generally, special colours are supplied with no minimum quantity required, although in orders of less than 25 kg a small manufacturing charge applies.
