In RESINES I COLORS, S.A. we are preparing ourselves to assume the new commitments established by the personal data protection regulation and therefor provide you with the services in compliance with the new legal framework.
For that matter, we address you in order to point out the most important changes that are included in the new European Data Protection regulation, which are stated as follow:
- New rights given to the data subject such as the right to forget (deletion data) and the portability right,
- The Data Protection Officer figure,
- The necessity of an express consent from the data subject,
- The appearance of new legal basis that allow data processing,
- The obligatory nature of notifying the security breaches that may affect the data subject’s rights and liberties.
